Therapy with Me

The process: 

  1. Schedule a free 15 minute call to briefly discuss your needs for therapy and to ensure we’d be a good fit. We will schedule our first session during this call.

  2. Show up authentically to your sessions. 

  3. Live the full life you have always wanted.

What you can anticipate:

  • I will cultivate a space of safety, welcome, and trust.

  • I will hold space for you to freely explore the depths of your story.

  • I will treasure whatever you choose to share with me as sacred.

  • I will engage you no matter how you show up each session.

  • We will set goals and have direction.

  • We will spend some time specifically on nervous system regulation, trauma processing, and exploring different parts of your inner world.

  • Your need in the present will guide our sessions. So, no matter what direction we set, we will always shift to meet your present needs.

Therapy with me is not:

  • Going over worksheets, tips and tricks, or assigning homework.

  • Me telling you how to fix everything in your life or giving you all the answers.

  • A quick fix where you will be “healed” in few sessions and are “good to go.”

  • Me telling you what we will do in each session and what to talk about.

In therapy with me, you will:

  • Shift patterns in your life and nervous system.

  • Reclaim your authentic self.

  • Foster a life of balance, joy, and fulfilling relationships.

  • Become empowered to live a healthy, meaningful, and whole life.

  • Move forward from the past into a more fulfilling future.

Sessions with me are a place to let your guard down and be seen. To drop down into deep inner work and processing. To sit and explore. To allow your brain and nervous system to heal in the way it knows how. Naturally, it will take time to get there and feel comfortable doing so, as building a trusting relationship takes time.
